We manufacture machines and systems for bulk material processes, in particular pneumatic conveying, dosing and mixing systems. Our customers include well-known companies in the food, chemical, building materials and pharmaceutical industries.

Your Responsibilities

As Executive Vice President and Sales Director, you will take full operational leadership of the company and play a pivotal role in shaping its future. Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Providing strategic and operational leadership across all business functions.  
  • Leading and mentoring the sales team to drive growth and performance.
  • Being an important part of the sales team, actively developing new business opportunities.
  • Managing key account relationships.
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.  
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.  
  • Collaborating closely with other companies within the group to leverage synergies.  
  • Responsible for financial performance.

 

Your Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader with a strong engineering background and a passion for business development. You bring with you: 

  • Engineering background with several years of professional experience in the design and sale of bulk material handling equipment and systems. 
  • A strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.  
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.  
  • A charismatic and results-driven personality.  
  • Age range ideally between 35 and 50. 
  • Solid business and financial understanding.  
  • Willingness to travel (domestic and occasionally international)
  • Fluent English skills, Spanish skills an advantage. 

Compensation

  • Base + benefits.
